An investigation into the geopolitical aspects of the Epstein affair
The selective release of the “Epstein Files,” favorable to Donald Trump, suggests that the network has not been dismantled. On the contrary, it appears to have been operating with even greater force since his controversial suicide. So far, the revelations mainly highlight the involvement of Israeli intelligence services and, indirectly, Russian ones.
One question arises: where is the incomparable “James Bond” capable of saving the West? Especially in light of the hypothesis that only the FSB would possess “the complete list of his clients,” as suggested by certain documents obtained via FOIA and FBI reports (EFTA01683874). This hypothesis has not been confirmed. But if it were to prove accurate, its geopolitical consequences would be incalculable.
In the context of the declassification of documents that seem to “spare” Epstein’s American targets, attempts to implicate Trump and calls for the publication of all documents in which his name appears do not seem particularly wise.
Why?
The Epstein network is said to rely on the KGB’s MICE methodology (Money, Ideology, Compromise, Exploitation). No one is more familiar with this method than the Russians. It provides them with a tool for manipulating and controlling global elites, as well as a detailed insight into relations between the United States, Europe, and Asia. This represents considerable strategic capital.
What would happen if the FSB decided to declassify its own documents? After FOIA and FBI releases, Western elites would have a hard time dismissing them as mere forgeries. It is precisely in the perpetuation of the Epstein network that lies the potential for self-destruction not only of global elites, but also of the world order itself.
The involvement of Israel and Russia shows how these states have been able to intelligently identify the interests and behaviors of global elites. Not that they are responsible for them: these behaviors are inherent to all elites. From the lowest to the highest levels of power, everyone is vulnerable to the temptations of the MICE model. Why? Because those who reach important positions often seek to measure their power. They evaluate it based on how many rules they can break and how many prohibited acts they can commit without facing consequences. This is precisely why the Epstein model functions at the very heart of the global order.
In this context, let us examine recent documented revelations, drawn notably from Ukrainian sources and little reported within the European Union, as they suggest a link between certain Ukrainian governing structures and Epstein.
The Yermak – Epstein – Zelensky link
On January 31, 2026, Yulia Mendel, former spokesperson for Volodymyr Zelensky, revealed that the president’s trusted associate, Andriy Yermak, former head of his administration and now sidelined, would allegedly engage in black masses.
Under the pseudonym “Ali Baba,” Yermak is also said to have led a vast corruption network uncovered in the framework of Operation Midas. Since then, he has been under media scrutiny. Journalists have observed him visiting Oleksandr Kamyshin, head of Ukrainian Railways, as well as Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, both associated with the Midas affair.
He also visited Yevhen Kornyichuk, former Minister of Justice and former ambassador to Israel, and son-in-law of the president of the Supreme Court. Finally, Yermak’s lawyer, Ihor Fomin, and Kornyichuk met with Timur Mindich, a business partner of Volodymyr Zelensky, currently residing in Herzliya, Israel.
In nearly one third of known Epstein-related documents, several Ukrainian passports are said to appear. However, the U.S. Department of Justice redacted the names, addresses, and photographs of their owners.
Other documents also indicate that Epstein traveled to Kyiv on several occasions and had tasked Jean-Luc Brunel with carrying out certain “acquisitions” there.
Brunel headed the Karin Models agency (Paris) and E=MC2 (Miami). In France, he was prosecuted for offenses related to prostitution. In 2022, like Epstein before him, he officially died by suicide in prison.
Timur Mindich, a close associate of Zelensky and nicknamed “Zelensky’s treasurer,” also ran a casting agency in Kyiv, Fire Point. It is unknown how many young Ukrainian women and men may have been involved in these networks.
In this context, on February 6, 2026, Volodymyr Vatras, a member of the Legal Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, presented a highly controversial reform of the Ukrainian Civil Code. The draft was ultimately not adopted. In addition to protecting the reputations of individuals accused of corruption until a final conviction, it proposed lowering the legal marriage age to 14.
Such a change would have made prosecutions for abuse of minors or rape involving young people aged 14 to 18 practically impossible, given how the proposal would interact with other Ukrainian laws. Some Ukrainian media outlets described the proposal as “state pedophilia.”
Furthermore, a veritable “child business” is said to have developed in Ukraine. Surrogate mothers give birth to children for foreigners in order to support their own families. The question of the fate of Ukrainian orphans, particularly those transferred to Turkey, also remains open.
Evacuation of Ukrainian children: absence of indictments and independent investigation
According to information from a report by the Ukrainian Ombudsman’s Office following an inspection carried out in March 2024, as well as a documentary by the investigative outlet Slidstvo.Info published in November 2025, more than 510 orphans from the Dnipropetrovsk region were allegedly evacuated to Turkey in 2022 through the Ruslan Shostak Foundation and accommodated at the Larysa hotel.
The documents refer to degraded living conditions, lack of adequate supervision, physical and psychological punishment, as well as the organization of photo sessions intended for fundraising. They also mention allegations of physical violence involving an educator and claim that two minors became pregnant during their stay.
The Ruslan Shostak Foundation publicly cooperated with several initiatives supported by Ukraine’s First Lady, Olena Zelenska, particularly within humanitarian projects aimed at children affected by the war.
According to publicly available information, Olena Zelenska supported the child evacuation program and took part in meetings with international partners. However, her office later clarified that she was not involved in the operational implementation of the project and did not have access to detailed reports concerning its execution.
The Ukrainian prosecutor’s office opened a criminal investigation into the case, but it was later closed due to lack of evidence and jurisdictional limitations, given that the events allegedly took place abroad.
No independent international investigation has been conducted. Nor are there any judicial rulings confirming or refuting these serious allegations of violence against children, nor claims of a possible link to an international child prostitution network or to the Epstein network.
The “merchandise” sought: Russia and Eastern Europe in the Epstein network
It is still unknown how many women and young girls from Russia and other Eastern European countries—considered particularly sought after by certain Epstein clients—were drawn into his network.
Leaders of states emerging from the former Eastern bloc appear to show a complete lack of interest in examining the fate of their female citizens. Even the millions of dollars seized from Epstein’s estate, intended to compensate victims, do not seem to have prompted further initiatives.
After the end of the Cold War, young women from Russia and Eastern Europe were often considered more vulnerable and more accessible due to economic insecurity, migration, and weak social protections. They were also perceived as an exotic curiosity for a wealthy clientele, which promised significant profits for recruiters and intermediaries.
According to various testimonies and reports, they were also valued for their appearance, youth, education level, or certain specific skills, including linguistic or artistic abilities.
Bill Gates acknowledges having had two extramarital relationships with Russian nationals: one with a bridge player met at a tournament, and another with a nuclear physicist encountered in a professional context. He states that these relationships had no connection to Epstein, although he knew him.
Finally, Donald Trump also married two women from the former communist bloc: Czech-born Ivana Marie Zelníčková and Slovenian Melania Knavs.
From the deep state to the open state
In Donald Trump’s view, the “deep state” is not a myth. It refers to real individuals: unelected bureaucrats, intelligence agents, and civil servants—a system accused of undermining the popular will.
The “open state” plays the role of a revealer.
The “Epstein Files” thus become a symbol of elite exposure. Regardless of origin, religion, or political affiliation, the same pattern emerges: the concentration of wealth and power in the hands of a small number of individuals.
This accumulation has accelerated dramatically over the past thirty years, particularly after the integration of elites from the former communist world into the structures of the global capitalist system.
After the collapse of the communist bloc: the collapse of the Western bloc?
Calls to moralize elite behavior push them to flee this “surface state” that exposes them. In doing so, they would seek to divert attention from their own abuses of power by quietly rehabilitating extreme ideologies such as fascism.
From this perspective, we would be witnessing a dynamic reminiscent of the collapse of the communist bloc: a process of exposing Western power mechanisms comparable to the one that once revealed the workings of the communist system.
In the same way that fascism was allegedly used as both a symbolic and practical instrument of destabilization at the end of the communist system, “surface liberalism” would today reproduce similar mechanisms: ideological delegitimization, social divisions, concentration of economic power, and facilitated integration into a new world order marked by the rising influence of Russia and China.
The key difference would be that, at the time, communism had a clearly identifiable ideological alternative. Today, according to this view, dominant liberalism would face no real ideological competition.
The final irony is that any form of ideological monopoly, no matter how powerful it appears, ultimately ends up self-destructing: it suppresses criticism, ignores reality, and accumulates internal contradictions that inevitably lead to its own downfall.
France on the brink: street against street, the state in retreat
France. Cradle of human rights. And in the streets—scenes that were, until recently, unimaginable. Street clashes between neo-fascists and “antifas.” Radical right and radical left. Confrontations. Blood. Death.
In Lyon, on February 21, 2026, Quentin Deranque, 23, a member of the far-right organization Action Française, was beaten to death by far-left activists. The stated pretext for the march: a rally held that Saturday. Around 3,200 people in the procession. It began as a commemoration. It ended with raised arms, fascist and Nazi symbols, slogans against antifascists, and a resurgence of antisemitism, racism, and homophobia.
And the authorities? The repressive apparatus did not prevent the anticipated clashes linked to the pro-Palestinian speech announced by MEP Rima Hassan at the Sorbonne. Nor did it react to provocations during the march. Instead, with the help of mainstream media, the tragedy was quickly turned into a political instrument. The moderate right and moderate left used the event to discredit radical political movements aiming for record results in 2027. The message to voters: “we are the lesser evil.” After the judicial disqualification of populist Marine Le Pen, will the same fate await the main left-wing tribune Jean-Luc Mélenchon? For the traditional left and right—the only way to remain in power.
The irony runs deeper. Antifascists, with 70 to 85 million victims and armed force, won the last world war. Authorities then, through historical revisionism—without firing a single shot—revived their former enemies. Even though it is known in advance that their ideology is a losing one, simply because it excludes rather than unites. It serves elites. It redirects hatred away from elites toward religious, racial, and ethnic communities. Instead of calling for accountability from the powerful, it calls for conflict between citizens.
Domestic target? Muslim and Jewish communities in Europe, which are already increasingly divided, notably due to Western pro-Israeli policy. External target? Russia. An invasion of the European Union is presented as an “imminent threat,” even though critics point out that NATO has expanded toward Russia’s borders, not the other way around.
Proposed outlook? Like in Ukraine: civil war and war. Preferable to being confronted with the mirror after the Epstein files.
